Ian is an Australian businessman and former president of the Carlton Football Club. He replaced George Harris in a caretaker role in December 1979, but held the position until his resignation in September 1983.

A solicitor, hotelier, businessman and brewer widely considered to be a Queensland icon. He was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1967, but made his name as an entrepreneur who possessed considerable flair and business acumen.

Marcus Blackmore is currently the Chairman of Blackmores Ltd, a public company employing over 540 people in Australia, New Zealand and Asia; the company markets the premium brand of vitamin and herbal products under the ‘Blackmores’ label and is widely recognised for its ethical practices and its treatment of staff.

Leigh Clifford was Chief Executive of Rio Tinto from 2000 to 2007. He retired from the Board of Rio Tinto in 2007. His executive and board career with Rio Tinto spanned some 37 years in Australia and overseas.

Graham ‘Scroo’ Turner was a student at Toowoomba Grammar School from 1965-1966. He is a founder of the firm Flight Centre.

Ronald John McNeilly was a student at Toowoomba Grammar School from 1958-1961. He was Chief Executive Officer of BHP Steel (1991-1997) and Director BHP Billiton Ltd (2001-2002).

Paul graduated from BSHS in 1964 as School Captain. 'Porky', as his friends fondly called him, represented Queensland in rugby league during his first year out of school.
